Royal Doulton "Elyse" Figurine (1971)

Elyse was made by Royal Daulton in 1971 - HN 2474 - modelled by Peggy Davies. Her tranquil state is shown with her relaxed posture and peaceful eyes. She is wearing a beautiful emerald green dress, with light green flowers, and holding a white sunhat with a magenta ribbon, which matches her shoes, charmingly peaking out from the base of her dress. Her hair is adorned with a white hair band holding two magenta coloured roses. It is an outdoor scene, as she is leaning leisurely against tree stumps.  This darling figure shows strikingly amongst plants, as the green is highly complementary.
 
This Daulton lady is in mint condition, with no fading, chipping or blemishes of any kind.
